FS19 RollBelt150 Fixed v1.0.0.0

This is just a simple fix to correct the right pickup wheel not making proper contact with the ground. Now it makes proper contact and rolls and also gets dirty as it should. I did this because small things like this bother me and thought I would share this to save others the trouble of fixing it themselves.
