FS19 Fruehauf Planenauflieger v1.2.0

Here is the new version.
The truck can be retracted and lifted at the rear of the trailer. Pay attention while driving on your load securing straps are supposed to help.
Various things have been adapted and added (see changelog). No errors or Warnings log is clean.
