FS19 Free Grass Fix Tool v1.0

I made a little utility to fix the grass painting issue on maps using the v1.3 patch. Made for those who feel uncomfortable manually editing the map xml file. Includes backup and restore. It won’t make any changes if the map is already compatible or if it is a vanilla in-game map, including the Estancia Lapacho map.
