As one who has lived in Kansas my whole life, we are known for our wheat. We produce the most wheat the USA. Yes, cotton is getting up there in production in Kansas, but so is corn. And yet this state produces more corn currently that cotton, and more wheat than both of the crop. Also anyone who googles it will that that wheat is our number 1 crop.
